If this happens Ek, I will seriously consider becoming a season ticket holder. It makes absolutely no sense, Montreal needs a left handed D. Looks like hit fishing.

What would Montreal give up? They have nothing to offer. Carolina would want offense and that is one of the things that the Habs don't have.

12th highest goal total in the NHL = no offense... interesting

Also 3.07 goals per game, good enough for 11th overall

And likely not to have one single 50 point scorer... Canes would be looking for a top 6 winger. Looking at the Habs roster, I find it difficult to identify one.

You would think Hudon would be in the mix, but more is needed to get that trade done

They have 3-4 guys on pace for ~50 points. I guess math isn’t your strong point?

Tatar, Drouin, Gallagher, (frank) even Shaw was on pace for ~40-45 points. Do you even know what normal top 6 production looks like? I know you’re a Lightning fan and have been spoiled by elite top 6 (Kuch, Stammer, Point) but those guys on MTL are easily top 6 forwards.

Yeah that’s why muzzin is best fit there. Kings would wants pick(s) and a prospect most likely

Habs will keep their picks and prospects unless the D coming back is 25 or under

I agree. Shaw's 40 point pace is highly impressive. Incredible!

Tatar, Drouin and Gallagher are not worth Hamilton. They are not legit top 6 wingers.

Well, I wouldn't trade Gally or Drouin for Hamilton straight up. Tatar ? Maybe yes.

Lol. I guess besides Kucherov, Stamkos, and Point you guys don't either, from a point perspective to qualify a "legit" top 6 since 60+ points is a 3rd liner. Your forward depth isnt very good either. I feel like you have to be trolling, but my head says you re stupid.

So with that theory, it means there are about 120 wingers in the league better than those 3?
